For the most part, I’m pretty healthy.
Then I started taking vitamins. A lot of vitamins. Within 1 day I had 100% more energy and started to feel something shift. Honestly, I thought it was too good to be true.
Why the hell did I wait so long? Why did I think I could possibly get all the nutrients I need for the hundreds of functions my body does with 3 meals a day and a snack? Perhaps I’ll never know…
